Talkback reads lists backwards #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any application that uses a list, such as settings, messaging or alarms.
2. Navigate in the list with explore by touch.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Taking the wi-fi settings as an example, normally, the status of the network is
displayed after the name. IE, home connected, work not in range. Now it's said
in reverse order. In alarms, the AM/PM is said first, then the time. This gets
even more confusing with settings that have a description like the xLoud toggle
in sound, which normally was said as "xLoud enhances the loudness of speaker",
followed by checked/unchecked. Now, the hcecked/unchecked is said first, then
"enhances the loudness of speaker", and finally, the name of the setting,
"xLoud".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Talkback 3.1.2, and 3.1.3, Sony xPeria pro with android 4.04 on official sony
ROM. Users of Samsung Galaxy s III with official rom also confirm this is
happening.
Please provide any additional information below.

Interestingly enough, only explore by touch is affected. If I use the arrow
keys on my phone to navigate instead, everything is read correctly.
