talkback and web views laggy

Hi, I am finding talkback quite laggy when in a web view.  The last time I saw 
this was in the bank of america app using ocapela TTS, talkback could not keep 
up with my finger move ments.  I would move slow but the more I interacted with 
the web view, the more I saw talkback's speach lag behind my gester movements.  
I have seen this in bank of a merica, gmail, the stock browser and other web 
views.  To get talkback to stop studdering I have to lock my screen or go back 
home to my home launcher.  I am using a samsung galaxy sIII running ICS 4.4 and 
the latest talkback beta.  Please, swat this butg its annoying.
