[eSpeak] Slovak locale faulty detection #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the device locale to Slovak
2. install eSpeak

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see eSpeak in Slovak language. Instead it's set up in Slovenian

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Desire Z
Android 4.0.4
HTC Sense 4.1

eSpeak's locale abbreviations differ slightly from ISO-639-2 and need to be 
fixed and upstreamed to eSpeak's projecr or mapped to the correct abbreviations.

This port of eSpeak has not been updated in a while. Instead there is more 
developed port of eSpeak which initially started a fork of this one.
This issue has already been fixed in this port.
