[BrailleBack] Support Focus 14 Blue braille display #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pair a Freedom Scientific Focus 14 Blue with your Android Jelly Bean device.
2. Turn on BrailleBack.
3. Look in the Settings, it specifies "no compatible paired device found."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Braille output should be happening, and the Focus 14 Blue should be recognized.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest BrailleBack from Google Play on a Galaxy Nexus running Jelly Bean 4.2.2.

Please provide any additional information below.
The Focus 14 Blue has a similar keyboard layout to the Focus 40 Blue, so 
implementing it should not be difficult. My search for BRLTTY support shows 
that there was a patch made in December 2012 that supports this display.

BrlTTY has support for Focus 14 Blue braille braille display, but not good 
braille support and connection falls a lot but there is a program called Mobile 
Accessibility has very good support for Focus 14 Blue braille display would be 
good to review those drivers to see if you can adatar BRLTTY and braillebak

BRLTTY tiene soporte braille para Focus 14 Blue braille display, pero no es 
bueno el soporte braille y se cae mucho la conecion  pero hay un programa 
llamado Mobile Accessibility que tiene muy buen soportwe para Focus 14 Blue 
braille display seria bueno revisar esos controladores a ver si se peuden 
adatar a BRLTTY y a braillebak

The brailleback version 0.93.0 beta 2 supports the braille focus 14 blue,
