It is impossible to select walking, public transit, biking, or walking directions from inside Google Maps Navigation. #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open Google Navigation.
2. enter a destination.
3. attempt to switch between navigation modes using an Android screen reader.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On 4.2.2 Jelly Bean(both Touchwiz on a Samsung Galaxy S IV and with CM10.1 on
an LG nexus 4), I can navigate around the screen and talkback reads some
unlabeled images, but nothing about navigation modes. On 2.3.7
Gingerbread(CM7.2), Spiel says "navigation map view", and the menu reads, but
nothing else.

It appears there are some unlabeled controls on that UI.

I've filed a bug with the appropriate team, but tracking it here is out of
scope for the eyes-free project.
