Patch not working #4

Hi, I have installed the native patch, but when I right click the download link and select "Download with IDM" I get a popup with the error at the bottom right hand side of screen saying "An error has occurred please download the native patch blah blah" ?

No reply = Poor Support :( Ended up uninstalling and getting another addon that works :)
