Feat: Activate / Deactivate window & listen to its event (Windows only) #1

Introduced methods to activate and deactivate window along with a stream event to listen to when the window is activated or deactivated based on the Boolean value from the stream.

Code has been tested on a windows 10 device.
Example has also been updated.
