transaltioin issue in "Tasks by Category"(needs fixing) #105

Ifound there are translated issue in the title and pie graph of "Tasks by Category"

I tested in Chinese lanuage.

1.Tasks by Category---it shall be translated as "任务情况（按类别）" 2.pie graph under tasks by category trackers are shown in English, not replaced by Chinese, tracker name in other graphs are replaced by Chinese which defined in Redmine, only this graph has such problem.
