Bump sharp version now that strapi upload plugin is 0.29.0 too #7

strapi's upload is now using sharp 0.29.0, so I'm bumping sharp to allow m1 user to use your lib

The latest Strapi release 3.6.8 still has sharp 0.28.1 in dependencies. 0.29 version is only in the master branch. So waiting for the new Strapi release before publishing this update to NPM.
