Submitting to upstream? #1

Hey Alex,

I was tring to write snapcraft.yml of Password Safe (not just for making myself familiar with snapcraft but also as for testing the app itself for my own) and found out about this repo.

Would you consider submitting this YML to upstream so maybe they would submit it to Snap Store? I know that I can build it and submit as a private package but I think submitting this package into Snap Store publicly would be better for the ecosystem. What do you think?

Once it is working I'll engage with upstream since I also agree it would be great to have an official version of gnome-passwordsafe in the snap store - but currently there are some issues in the snap, which I am hoping will be fixed once we can use core20 as a base - so I want to make sure it is working well before trying to do anything official.
