Users would like the ability to use "Merge Tags" or variables to add dynamic content to the Custom Email Messages, such as User First Name, Order Number, etc. This can be helpful for Shop owners to further customize the content.
Describe the solution you'd like
Users should be able to enter Tags/Variables inside the Custom Email Message content from a select list. When added to the content, these tags will get replaced with dynamic content during processing.

N/A - this is a new feature request.
