Add new Content Location: before / after Downloads table #13

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There should be new 'Content Location' options available for users to add Custom Emails content before or after the Downloads table in emails for downloadable products.

Describe the solution you'd like Two new options should be available for the "Content Location" field if the "Downloadable" product option is selected: "Before Downloads Table" and "After Downloads Table."

If used, the Custom Emails content should appear in the selected location before or after the Downloads Table.
