Currently, the plugin outputs all Custom Email Message content in HTML format.
If the Admin has set all emails to be in Text format, the Custom Emails are still output in HTML.
Users do not have a way to set the Message output format for their needs.

The plugin should read the WooCommerce emails format setting and apply this automatically to the Custom Email Message content output.
