Custom Emails, Admin Settings #37

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

As an admin, I do not have access to the WCE Settings, Admin Settings tab.

I'm not sure what I'm missing out on...

Sorry @miltonics this is a feature that is coming soon, there is nothing there yet.
