Not all tables get created on server setup command. #68

Description of the bug (and if possible, steps to reproduce the bug):

  1. Delete existing database.
  2. Log in.
  3. Run /test
  4. Open the database file with a DB viewing software.

Possibly rename the command too?

What did you expect to happen instead? I'd expect that all tables the mod needs should be created.
