Add place of birth for one row that was missing it #1

I'll work on fixing the actual sort functionality later so you don't have to be so anal about making sure that every bit of information possible is known about future draft prospects, but in the short-term since we know where this guy was born and he's played in the NBA before, we might as well just add it.

Oops, I guess I didn't put the very latest version of the roster on GitHub (sorry, I'm not a developper - Github is still mystery to me :-)

Anyway - thanks for correcting the mistake! I updated the roster accordingly
