Issue on pause - OctoPrint #12

I followed this CHEP video to print in multi filament - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nBnVtOEAiY

But once it got paused at the layer height, it got stuck in heat loop and no option in Octoprint to pause/cancel.

Here is the output log: image

I also tried M108 command but nothing worked.
