Thermal Runaway #7

This is a strange issue I can't figure out the cause of. (the below is all sd card printing, no octoprint involved or even connected)

Power up printer, preheat, start first print. Finished no issue. Printer still on, still warm from previous print, start a second print and it will get part way through (usually pretty early on in the layers) and thermal runaway triggers which obviously results in a failed print, even after resume there's ooze that just doesn't help things. (power fail resume on)

Now, at least in my testing... I have done pid tune on both the hotend and bed even though the default values were the same as stock firmware which I have no issue with (besides being gimped stock firmware) as that was what I'd seen recommended from other people having thermal runaway (not just with the h32 beta) which I thought fixed the issue but apparently not.

TLDR: Aquila X2 H32 Beta 1 firmware If I do one print from fresh power up it completes fine as I said above, if I start a 2nd print while still powered up it's basically a fail because thermal runaway triggers. If I do one print, finish, power cycle then start a 2nd print it also finishes fine, no thermal runaway trigger. (I also did another pid tune here before the print/preheat because I figured hey it helped the first time right?... not sure if it's needed to help or not).

Follow up: Did some troubleshooting and it seems firmware isn't at fault. Pulled apart my whole hotend and checked everything, tweaked the thermistor screw and temps are rock solid again, no runaway. Just the usual fluctuations of about 2 degrees above/below target temp which is the same experience i had on stock firmware.
