Ich habe noch nicht final mit dem offiziellen Release getestet, aber bei Test nach dem letzten Code Freeze lief es problemlos. Ich würde daher sagen, zu 99% ja.
Das Update auf Bookworm hat problemlos geklappt (Raspberry PI 3). Ich konnte keine Auffälligkeiten nach dem Update feststellen.
Meine Update Vorgehensweise war wie folgt:
sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo sed -i 's/bullseye/bookworm/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm main contrib non-free non-free-firmware deb http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm-updates main contrib non-free non-free-firmware deb http://deb.debian.org/debian-security/ bookworm-security main contrib non-free non-free-firmware
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade --without-new-pkgs
sudo apt full-upgrade
Neustart ins aktualisierte System
Kontrolle des Updates
cat /etc/debian_version
Es sollte jetzt die Version 12 angezeigt werden.

Hallo Ich klemme mich mal dran mit meinem Problem. Nach Upgrade des RP4B-4GB mit HM-MOD-RPI-PCB auf Debian 12 (Bookworm) bekomme ich die Module nicht mehr zum laufen.
Anbei mal ein Auszug aus pivccu-info: piVCCU version: 3.69.7-83 OS: Raspbian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) Kernel: 6.1.39-v7l+ armv7l Kernel modules: Not available Raw UART dev: Not available Rasp.Pi UART: Assigned to GPIO pins HMRF Hardware: unknown HMIP Hardware: unknown State: STOPPED
Hab mittlerweile auch auf testing umgestellt. Leider keine Besserung.
Irgendwo habe ich den Tipp " dpkg-reconfigure pivccu-modules-dkms" gefunden. Die Ausgabe davon ist:
Disabled DKMS service ... Done Ensure non mixed processor architecure ... Done Create kernel modules ... FAILED Check kernel headers ... FAILED No headers found for current active kernel 6.1.39-v7l+ Enable DKMS service ... Done
und "dpkg-reconfigure pivccu-modules-raspberrypi" bringt folgendes: Removed "/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/pivccu-rpi-modules.service". dpkg-divert: Warnung: Bitte geben Sie »--no-rename« explizit an, die Vorgabe wird in 1.20.x auf »--rename« geändert werden »Umleitung von /var/lib/piVCCU/dtb/overlays/pivccu-raspberrypi.dtbo zu /usr/share/rpikernelhack/overlays/pivccu-raspberrypi.dtbo durch rpikernelhack« wird beibehalten Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/pivccu-rpi-modules.service → /lib/systemd/system/pivccu-rpi-modules.service.
Ist mein Aktueller Kernel zu neu? Irgendwelche Ideen?
Wie die Fehlermeldung es bereits aussagt: dir fehlen die passenden Kernel Header zu deinem Kernel.
Tja. Da hab ich mich mal wieder als Linux Noob geoutet :) Steht wirklich in den Meldungen. Bookworm ist halt noch gar nicht für Raspberry freigegeben. Beim Dist-Upgrade werden diese also übersprungen und sind nicht vorhanden. Ich spiele ein Backup auf die SD-Karte mit Bullseye. Dann wird's wieder laufen... Danke für die Hilfe
Ich habe das Bookworm-Update hier gerade auch mal probiert. Leider scheitert es bei mir an dieser Stelle in Schritt 5 "sudo apt full-upgrade":

Danach ist das ganze System in einem ziemlich kaputten Zustand weil es Paketabhängigkeiten gibt die sich nicht mehr automatisch auflösen lassen.
Die bemängelte libcrypt.so.1 kommt eigentlich von der libc6 wenn ich das richtig rausgefunden hab. Das macht es leider alles nicht einfacher...
---- EDIT ---- OK, ich bin verwirrt... ich muss gerade feststellen das ich da noch Buster bzw. Debian 10 hab. Daher muss ich eh erst auf Bullseye/Debian 11 um dann weiter auf Bookworm/Debian 12. Von daher ist das hier ein etwas anderes Problem bzw. ich war einfach nur verwirrt.
Und es wäre auch kein piVCCU Problem, sondern ein reines Raspbian bzw. Debian Problem, Google spuckt dazu auch einige Treffer aus.
Der aktuelle Raspberry Pi Imager v1.7.5 empfiehlt ein 32-Bit Bookworm vom 10.10.2023:
Auf einem leeren Image installiert: Nach einem Setup gemäß dieser Anleitung (https://github.com/alexreinert/piVCCU/blob/master/docs/setup/raspberrypi.md) mit vorherigem apt Update && apt upgrade
scheint erst einmal problemlos zu installieren und erkennt die Hardware:
> sudo pivccu-info

Ein eingespieltes Backup funktioniert, alle Geräte werden korrekt über Funk gefunden.
Hallo Ich habe auch etwas experimentiert mit den Debian Versionen . Ein Update der hier angebotenen Image Version vom 12.12.2020 hat nicht funktioniert . Ich habe die aktuelle Version von Raspberry Pi Os Lite (64-bit) vom 2023-12-11 auf dem Stick installiert und dann nach der obigen Anleitung Pivccu3 installiert . alles hat funktioniert und auch nach dem Restore von meiner 32bit Pivccu3 Version läuft System stabil . Hallo , ja heute ein Problem . Da kein USB Stick konfiguriert war habe ich "sudo dpkg-reconfigure pivccu3 " mehrfach mit verschiedenen Einstellungen bei der USB Anwahl konfiguriert . ist piVCCU bereits kompatibel mit Debian 12 Bookworm?
Ich würde mein bestehendes System (Bullseye) gerne auf Bookworm updaten. Ist das schon problemlos möglich? Danke für die tolle Software :)
