Add capability for producing thermal emission spectra of the disk. #1

The challenge here is that an emission (or absorption) spectrum for the disk needs to be much higher resolution, which will make file sizes prohibitively large.

The tentative strategy is to make a separate post-processing program to generate the hi-res emission data cube from the lo-res scatting datacube in the FITS file.

This is a significantly more complex flux integration than the reflection spectrum, as it requires a temperature profile along the line of sight. It would also be better suited for LIFE observations, and it might be a good issue to bring in someone from that project.
