Calculation of planetary latitudes (for Case 3 albedo files) appears to be missing a rotation by argperi. #13

I'm also not completely convinced it's rotating in the right direction.

Resolved: the section determines the planet's orientation relative to the line of sight. Inclination and longitude of ascending node are needed for that, but argument of perihelion is not.
