Sort / prioritize elements in proposals #164

When proposing EMF domain model elements inside the Spray DSL, elements 
contained in the already imported packages should be shown first. Also all 
elements should be sorted by package name and then element name.

Same applies to Shape and Style DSL. The in the current file available Shapes 
and Styles should be proposed first.
