Add wizard option to decide about one file or two file model variant #174

When creating a new Spray project there should be an option to decide if the 
domain and graphical model should be stored in one resource or if they are 
stored separately in two files side by side, cf.

In would like to reject this issue.  Having the domain model stored in the same 
resource as the Graphiti model is nice for making a quick example,  but these 
two things should in practice always be separated. I think it is bad design to 
combine them.
