Fix outline views #200

Currently the outline views of Spray, Shape and Style DSL are not adapted to 
the recent DSL changes, so a lot of unnamed/misnamed nodes appear there.

When editing a large Shape model this currently causes a lot of flickering of 
the outline view - this should be fixed either by restricting the depth of 
shown children or by adding some laziness to the recalculation of the outline 
view tree.
