Add EMF SDK to Spray 3rd party update site #226

The EMF SDK feature includes the wizard for creating an EMF GenModel. This is 
required to make an domain model accessible to a Spray project.

EMF SDK was already included but it is not automatically installed. 

As done for PDE I just updated to user documentation with a hint, that EMF 
Modeling Framework SDK have to be selected.
