Provide documentation plugin #36

We need to provide our documentation in a format that is consumable in the 
following formats:
- HTML
- Eclipse Help
- PDF
The documentation should be easily to write. The production of the different 
formats must be integrated into the build, maybe only if a specific profile is 
activated.

The documentation project has to be created at location /docs in the repository 
as an Eclipse project.

Specify the required plugins to install to the IDE to develop the documentation.

Possible candidates for documentation format:
- Mylyn WikiText
- eWiki - http://nirmalsasidharan.wordpress.com/category/mylyn/
- Xdoc - 
http://zarnekow.blogspot.com/2011/06/xdoc-documentation-language-for-eclipse.htm
l
- ... (add others)

provided documentation infrastructure based on WikiText with commit 
fd6ab3b9b363d54f3fb60e087544a4e49e625252

As documentation is an on going I close this issue.
