Release a new version of this gem v1.3.0

Need to wait for BubbleWrap to releases v1.3.0 (https://github.com/rubymotion/BubbleWrap/issues/232) so we can test with RubyMotion 2.0 and have a clean dependency in our .gemspec.

@jmay - any other features you'd like to get done before releasing? I know you have a lot of unreleased work in here.

I just added one small patch, but nothing else that isn't already there. I'm keen to dig into OSX support.
