Updated Picker with iOS 8 methods #78

I fixed the test suite then added iOS 8 methods to Picker which broke the test suite and I haven't been able to get the Picker tests passing again, but it's working perfectly in my app.

Includes @markrickert's Remove Bubblewrap branch.

I also added @kevinvangelder, @markrickert & @jamonholmgren as collaborators. Happy to have any of you three continue to use this repo or fork into the rubymotion community. As I said I'm (sadly) not doing much rubymotion work right now so don't have much to add and would be more than happy to hand this off to others who are actively using it.
