Karissa mentioned that we might want to submit grades directly into the 
gradebook.

Is that sensible for the webapp to do that itself, or maybe there should be a 
tool to pull grades from the Guido database from the commandline?

Yeah, this seems like a feature that would logically come after actually 
exporting the grades to csv, and command line would seem to be most useful.
