What kind of access control does Guido need?

Maybe we should have thought about this harder, earlier.

I was just imagining .htaccess files, in the typical c211 tradition, but maybe 
we could do this more cleverly and generally.

Yep, .htaccess files will do the trick. However, if we want to be able to 
export guido to other courses, I actually don't know what that would look like.

Access control could use the ads.indiana.edu CAS login. Instructors would be 
manually added. Students could view their report this way as well, so that if 
the reports change there is not a huge deal.
