Choice of daily or weekly prompt #2

I should be able to choose being being prompted with "What did you do last 
week/this week?" and "What did you do yesterday/today?"  Also, when other 
people view my snippets, they should be tagged with "daily" or "weekly".

On second thought, we don't need a daily prompt since I'm the only one using 
Snippets daily and I intend to stop doing that.  Changing to WontFix unless 
someone else wants it.
