paginate pages that show a list of snippets

"all snippets"  and "my friends snippets" should let you page through them 
instead of getting all the snippets at once.

Proposal: what if it was a week at a time? Each page shows you all the relevant 
snippets between Monday midnight and the following Monday midnight. And then 
the paging buttons are like "next week" and "previous week".

I think "my snippets" shouldn't paginate like that, because any one user 
probably won't very have many snippets.
