Release policy #151

I'm a bit confused by this repo and it's relationship to fest releases.

When i started using fest-assert 2.0 the latest release in the maven repo was 2.0M8, now the latest release is 2.0M10 and in the whole time there was no activity in this git repo.

so what are the changes in M9 and M10?

the 2.0M9 and M10 have been done in a branch as a major refactoring is taking place in the master branch.
