Added choice of cover type

In issue #28 people ask for adding a Shelly in cover mode as window covering and not as windows. As I had the same requirement, I decided to contribute and make some changes to the project.

• I added a parameter to the devices configuration where you can configure the type of device for Homekit
• The plugin defaults to windowCovering as most people would use a shelly to control a window covering and not a window.
• Added awning, as this is an official device category on Homekit

I tested this on Homebridge v1.5.0 on Nodejs v16.16.0 on Almalinux 9 and it worked for me as expected. It would be great if somebody else could do some more testing.

Thanks for your PR @aessing, I really appreciate it. I'm not going to merge it though, for several reasons. Mostly because I'm about to release my own implementation of this config option, but also for a few other reasons:

• I can't find any info about an awning HomeKit service. There's no such service in the docs. Where did you get this from?
• Homebridge caches accessories, services and characteristics. So when changing from e.g. a Window to a Window Covering, you have to make sure to explicitly remove the old Window service, otherwise it will remain in cache (and HomeKit) forever.
• I agree that Window Covering would be a better default value, but changing it now would change the type for everyone who is currently using this plugin with a cover, not just new installs.
