Plugin Error #23

We got the plugin on our server but it is sending this error message. [Server thread/ERROR]: Could not load 'plugins\HeadHunter 2.0.20.jar' in folder 'plugins' Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

Can you give the me full error stack? You can share it with hastebin, etc
