chat spams with "You dont have enough permissions" #36

When I type /hh it spams the chat with "You dont have enought permissions" I tried to take off the no_permissions line in the lang file and it doesn't help. anyway to fix it?

Spigot version? any log error? Are you sure that you have permissions?
