"Give XP Any Unlocked Mob" set to false is not working in 1.16 #38

In the latest version of this plugin (2.1.2) whether or not you set GIVE_XP_ANY_UNLOCKED_MOB: to 'true' or 'false', it will always give players xp from any unlocked mob (same for the ALLOW_SELL_ANY_UNLOCKED_MOB, but I don't have an issue with that being permanently set to true). Please let me know if there is a fix to this, thank you.

Btw, just in case you need any of this info, I'll leave it here. Either way, everything else in this plugin runs fine except for those two lines so I don't think it would be an issue with any of this stuff.

-server is run on 1.16.5 -has helix -has essentialsx and vault
