Track yellow blobs reliably

Can now track yellow/orange blobs, now needs tuning to the colour of the pipe

Cool, is this with MATLAB or opencv?

Just get opencv to save an image and we'll discuss what it should contain later

opencv, do you still want a video of things happening? I'll see if i can do that tomorrow

don't bother with a video for now, I've uploaded a video to the dropbox for you to use to test with the pipe

TODO: optimise skeletonisation/ angle finding code saving an image of the pipe unify count activation of sections and bring out to config file relocate config file to appropriate directory - done publish data to ROS
