I'm unable to reproduce, though the logs indicate that your game contains an extra EnchantmentType that the Lucky Block doesn't recognise. Are you using any other enchantment-related mods? Could you post the entire startup log?

Seem like the lucky block mod is incompatible for some reason with this mod: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/bag-of-holding-fabric
