Add support for XConsole or wait until integrated into patch 469 #8

Not sure whether it will be integrated into the official patch 469 or not, and also not sure when it will happen:

Until then it seems it's not possible to install/use foxWSFix-UT99 because it requires a default console, but only noobs use default console, all normal players use XConsole: LINK1 , LINK 2, LINK 3

Hence the question, are you going to add support for XConsole or you prefer to wait until they integrate it into patch 469.

If anyone wants to take a shot at this, it's likely just extends XConsole instead of UTConsole in the class: https://github.com/alexstrout/foxWSFix-UT99/blob/master/Classes/foxUTConsole.uc#L2
