Setup Mkdocs for project #41

Currently the documentation and examples of using Contact Store can be found in the Wiki. It would be nice to have a dedicated website where people can go through the documentation instead as the Wiki can be limited.

Mkdocs seems like nice solution to this. I just checked that they support Github Pages too.
