Compatibility with CoMAP #13

Do same as Parapets did in MapMarkerFramework, but with our compass movie definition. This will enable compatibility with location icon skins via CoMAP.

Using Infinity UI 2.0.1 API CoMAP and CNO are finally compatible from now on.
