[Feature request] Upload cookie.txt #196

I download from a few different services. The ability to upload the cookie.txt file in the webUI would be nice. You could keep it in memory or add it to the download folder?

I was able to get cookies working, verified by downloading something from twitter that is spicy First, I uploaded my cookie file to the /downloads folder Then I set the YTDL_OPTIONS to "{"cookiefile":"/downloads/cookies-twitter-com.txt"}"
