Block VP9/VP8 only for <1440p #6

Currently if you block VP8/VP9 everything that is 1440p or higher is not listed which breaks higher resolutions if those are available. If only 1080p and lower VP8/VP9 was blocked this would not break higher resolutions.

You can edit what gets blocked so I don't see how this is a problem

@unbeatable-101 It would just be convenient to happen automatically.

@alextrv This feature would be amazing! A lot of people don't want to use VP9 and prefer h264 or AV1. However, most 2K and 4K videos are not available in AV1 and with VP9 blocked this extension will limit it to 1080p. So an option which enables VP9 if a video is 2K/4K and not available in AV1 would be great.

I second this feature request too, @alextrv!
