Hi! I'm not familiar with the Jalali variation of FullCalendar but as it seems it's just the same library adjusted for Persian translations.
Easy!Appointments is using FullCalendar v1 but the Jalali variation is based on FullCalendar v2 so this will be a problem.
You will have to replace the files in /assets/ext/fullcalendar
directory and then update the FullCalendar calls in the JS code of Easy!Appointments /assets/js/backend_calendar_*.js
.
Unfortunately there's no shorter way.
