Merge different forms into one

Create a common component for

• contact form
• card missing info form that will include duplicate calls and ui elements

Created a common component StatusCover that handles the element covering the form and displaying the current status of the form (loading, mail sent or mail not sent). Calls are still different though (for now).

Moved send mail and error handling to a high order component.
