FR: automatically go to "Edit" screen of a secret on tap if there is no password set #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View list of secrets
2. Tap a secret that has an empty Password/PIN field

Actual: toast appears saying "< No PIN >"
Desired: behave as if I long-pressed the secret and then tapped "Edit", since 
that'd actually be useful :)

Nexus5 running dogfood build of KK.
