Callback doesn't work #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dial a phone number using qgvdial.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  That the phone number I 
entered to be dialed is used to initiate a callback do Google Voice will call 
me and then that number.  What does happen is that the qgvdial has the phone 
call my Google Voice number.

This is the same as issue 12 that was closed (not entered by me though.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? v0.3.921 
(this also happens under the version currently in the Ovi store.)  This is on 
an N9 (MeeGo) PR1.2 

Please provide any additional information below.

I've attached a log that has been sanitized; personal info was replaced with 
generic references.
