npm package doesn't match project #45

This package hasn't been updated in 3 years on npm, however, I see you making changes to the package. For example, the heartbeat functionality in the stream functionality is not on the npm package.

Version 2.4.0, which is currently the latest version available via NPM, includes the heartbeat functionality: https://github.com/alexwhitman/node-pushbullet-api/commit/8b5eaef4a831118d930540e099052ae5da62ca27

The recent changes are going towards a 3.0.0 release but there is more work to do on it before the release.
