Docker image for easy and reproducible deployment #47

Hi, I encountered a number of a issues in trying to build and install the binaries. Still there are a few issues in getting it to work.

This is a fantastic tool but having difficult build setup makes it difficult to access. It will be great if you can create a Dockerfile that allows this tool to be built reproducibly.
